"The Fifth House on the Left" is a great episode (BTW, it will play on the radio and web in February next year). I think it shows how far Eugene has come in his spiritual walk, and prepares him for the challenges facing him back in Odyssey (such as Whit's departure and Katrina's new faith).

"The Caves of Qumran" is my favorite video. "Shadow of a Doubt" and "Baby Daze" are also entertaining shows, and I prefer the older animation style.

IMO, "Train Ride" is a great mystery, but not one of the best comedic episodes. It also doesn't work so well on repeat listenings.

One thing I hope for album 51 is that the Kidsboro characters will not be used too much. They don't sound like real kids (Ryan especially does not sound like an 11 or 12 year-old, which is how old he is according to the books). Both "It Ended with a Handshake" and "The Turning Point" feature very emotional break-ups. Listeners get to see Eugene and Katrina's relationship developed over several episodes before the intense "splits."

Looking at those characters, I''d say that it really depends what AIO "era" you're referring to. For example, I really like Eugene from 1988-1998, but after that he is written differently. Same with Connie. During her romantic relationship and post-Mitch she has regressed in her maturity, ...
