But anyway, yay, Moana was fun. My daughter likes it, and it has a wrestler doing a voice, two plusses in its favor. I guess this was originally going to be a D+ miniseries but they decided to edit it together into a theatrical movie. That doesn't have to be a bad thing but its kind of odd so I hope that doesn't make it less good.
The trailer works fine for me, so it's probably just you, Top.
Looks cute. I was kind of meh on Moana. It was cute but didn't rock my world. This one looks about the same. I can see how this could have been a miniseries with the line about going around finding different groups - like maybe each episode would be finding another group or something like that. I am taking Top's word on this being true, which of course is never a mistake.
That's not a great sign, since she's got to be pretty much their target audience for this movie...though perhaps with more Godzilla exposure than some kids her age, so maybe her standards are higher?
