Regis Returns II -- auditions (signup)

Regis Returns II -- auditions (signup)

This is the signup thread for the sequel to the Regis Returns RPG. This RPG will be based on an idea by Smaug the Dragon, and will center around Edwin Blackgaard deciding to follow his twin’s ways and turn evil.
This will obviously be a stand alone story from Adventures in Odyssey, as Edwin turning evil would break the Odyssey timeline. The first RPG was kept more or less within the Odyssey timeline, but broke out at the end with Dr. Blackgaard being arrested. This can provide a straightforward lead-in to Edwin making such a radical change in character in that with Regis gone he can take on the role of the infamous Blackgaard.

The previous RPG had a basic plot outlined before hand, with the main events planned but not the details. In this RPG, there are neither main events nor details preplanned. It will be pretty much played by ear. Since it doesn’t have to stay within the Odyssey timeline, it should be fun and uncomplicated. We’ll just see where it ends up.

Some things to note:
The cast of the original Regis Returns RPG will have the first rights to their respective characters if they wish to continue as them.
Commitment to participation is required to sign up. You don’t have to commit to a definite schedule of posting, but if you consistently fail to maintain a reasonable level of activity once the RPG begins you will be punished.

I joined the original RPG, but I had to drop out because of my busy life and other things. I have more time on my hands now. So, I would be happy to be apart of this one. I have no idea what character I should be though...

Sure! I think we still need characters like Whit, Richard, Connie, Eugene, et cetera...if we're going to use them, anyway. Sapphire, maybe you could re-introduce your character Elizabeth.

Alright, I could play my character, Elizabeth, but could she perhaps already have a connection with an AIO character...That was she won't end up like she did in the last RPG. :anxious: I could also be an AIO character. Either way is fine with me. :)

Those of you that said you ‘might’ participate or who didn’t select a character (in other words, those of you not on the Cast list) please make a final decision. We’ll start soon.

I would like to participate in this, can I play Shakespeare \:D/ ? - note that I can only log on in the afternoon and occasionally during lunch, it depends if there's a computer available in the library.
