He isn’t actively preaching it (surprise, surprise), but he personally believes it.
Though, if he truly believes it, I don’t know why he wouldn’t be preaching it, because there’s no way (if he’s right) that it’s wrong this time. It’s either October or nothing, so why not go all in?
