This is a timeline of sorts of major events and happening in the history of the ToO, sort of like an expansion of the AIOwiki page. Feel free to post suggestions for additions to this list, as it is far from complete.
2011
May 7th: Marvin D. becomes the 15th user to hit the 10,000 posting mark.
April 1st: The ToO celebrates its sixth birthday.
March 27th: Amethystic becomes the 14th user to get more than 10,000 posts.
March 25th: Loved user StrongNChrist dies in a car crash.
February 4th - February 17th: The Top Scientist Incident. (story arc)
2010
October 28th: Nathan Hoobler joins the chatroom for a question and answer session.
July 29th: Mayor for a Weekend with DAM.
June 14th: The Top Crusader becomes the second user to reach 20,000 posts.
June 4th-7th: The Indiana Convention takes place at JesusIsAlive’s graduation party.
May 31st: Regis Blackbeard gets elected as mayor after having tried 5 times before.
April 1st: The ToO celebrates its fifth birthday.
February 2nd: Sonuna gets elected for a second time.
~January: Catspaw becomes the first user to break 25,000 posts.
2009
October 11th: The Second Church is moved from being a long-time faction to Old Gower Road.
October 5th-9th: Second Liberty University Convention.
October 4th: EK gets elected to an unprecedented 3rd term.
September 22nd: Mayor for a Day with Trent and Laura.
~August 10th-13th: An Ohio Convention.
August 2nd: The board goes down for a day in order to be upgraded to phpBB3
July 16th: Mini Girls Convention in VA.
June 12th: Mayor for a Day with Dr. Watson (during iTaliq, but appointed by Iron Crusader).
May 31st - June 1st: The Great Townhall Takeover. (story arc)
~May 22nd: KODY 105 reaches the Top 10 Posters list only 8 months after joining the ToO.
April 1st: The ToO celebrates its fourth birthday.
February 2nd: The Top Crusader gets elected for a second time.
2008
December 29th: the ToO Hall of Power was opened.
October 10th-12th: The first Liberty University Convention.
October 5th: JesusIsAlive and Christina become the first team to get elected twice.
~August 14th-17th: Colorado Convention at the AIO 20th Birthday Bash.
April 1st: The ToO celebrates its third birthday.
2007
~November 27th: Jonathan and Catspaw meet, consume Duck Juice.
September 30th: EK gets elected a second time.
April 1st: The ToO celebrates its second birthday.
March 10th: The Top Crusader and Continental Admiral get married. In real life for realz.
January 24th-26th: Laura Ingalls and Taq get to be mayor(s) for a day(s) after the first Mayor for a Day contest.
January 1st: Shadowpaw steps down and gives his permanent administrator position to Catspaw.
2006
September 4th - September 13th: Climax of the Regis/Gabe Story Arc
August 4th - August 16th: Davari Hassan plants bombs around the Town and demands the Ruku Virus and TA-418 Compound. (part of Regis/Gabe story arc)
June 24th - July 26th: Davari Hassan kidnaps members and demands the Ruku Virus and TA-418 Compound. (part of Regis/Gabe story arc)
June 25th - 26th: Minnesota convention.
April 9th: The ToO reaches 250,000 posts.
April 1st: The ToO celebrates its first birthday.
2005
October 31st: The ToO holds the first $10-per-post day.
September 6th: The ToO hits 100,000 posts.
Late August or early September: The first ever ToO Convention.
July 21st - 26th: The Odyssey Bank Robbery Story Arc.
May 5th: Eugene Blackgaard and The Top Crusader are elected the first elected mayor and chief of police.
May 3rd: In the first story arc, Bennett Charles takes over the ToO.
April 1st: The ToO is opened to the public.
And this is where I need you, the users of the ToO (bookworm comes to mind) to help do some digging for some specific dates (events with specificity needed are marked with a ~) and more events, some of which I have listed below:

When the first money reset took place
When the Vault was first installed
The dates of both times the stock market was installed and removed
And in the future I may add links to most of these, so if you could include a link to a topic pertaining to the event you found, that would be helpful.

I only want/need dates for when specific users reached 10,000 posts, not when the board reached 10,000. I want when the board reached 200,000, 300,000 etc.

And for the dates for the x00,000 post reachings, there should have been a topic in the Steps for each of them, although they may now be in the Steps Archives, which only mods and admins can access.

Shadowpaw posted an incredible timeline a while back, but I think it has more entries than you would want. It was more of a breakdown of historical Arc events than events concerning the ToO as a whole. So I picked out the ones I think you’re going for.
2005:
