My excercise goals for July 19-25:
* Walk 30 minutes a day
* Do 50 situps a day
* Jump rope and other stretches 15 minutes a day
I will not be able to track my actual minutes for the next 2 weeks because I will be gone. However, I still wanted to post my goals. By the time I could post my minutes, the contest will be over.
Is there any way you would still accept my minutes even if I don't send them to you until early August?

- Cross-train and/or lift weights at least 2x per week.
- Do chiropractic exercises at least 4x per week.

And yes, my 10K is this week (Saturday to be precise).

Well, my month-long goal didn't work out so well. I've ended up just doing things and then realizing afterwards, "hey, that counts for the exercise contest". Spontaneous exercising for the win!
Anyway, next week is band camp, so I'll probably rack up 20 hours or so. Watch out here comes the comeback! My goal is to survive.

I didn't do the weekly assessments, but did write up one for the entire month.
So far I'm close, but not there yet.
Though I've been biking/running fairly consistently over the past two weeks, I'd like to increase the distance and time by the end of July to my goals originally posted.
That said, I've still got today to try to get through the 12K bike ride, so we'll see...

I did meet (and exceed) my goal for this week, which made me feel good!Catspaw wrote: Goal for week 3: jog on the spot for 15 minutes or more a day for 6 days a week.

Goal for week 4 (only 6 days instead of 7 to count for this final week): jog on the spot for 20 minutes or more a day for 6 days a week and spend at least a few minutes during the week doing sit-ups - hopefully at least 5 minutes.

Lizzie's Last-Week Exercise Goals:
- Run twice this week
- Cross-train, lift weights, and/or do calisthenic exercises at least twice this week
- Do chiropractic exercises at least four times week
- Beat my week 2 record of 415 minutes!

I missed my goal because I only exercised for 5 days, not 6, when my work shift changed to accommodate doing stuff with friends later, so I probably won't get any actual exercise time in today. I also didn't do any sit-ups - I was kind of saving them for the end of the week so I could say I did them one day, and then realized that it was getting late already.Catspaw wrote: Goal for week 4 (only 6 days instead of 7 to count for this final week): jog on the spot for 20 minutes or more a day for 6 days a week and spend at least a few minutes during the week doing sit-ups - hopefully at least 5 minutes.

Last week (when I didn't have access to a computer) I walked way more than 20 minutes every day, but I didn't stretch or weight lift.Anna><> wrote:My goals are to exercise at least 20 minutes 5 days a week, stretch 10 minutes a day (I'm working towards doing the splits by the end of the summer), and weight lift 5 times a week.
This week I haven't weight lifted, but I've exercised 20 minutes a day and stretched every day.

This week my goal is to take at least a 20min walk each day and hopefully take two 1mile runs.

I've only completed my original goals one week this month - the first one.
This week I did some yardwork, so that was my exercise. I've been busy cleaning for company, so I didn't have time to squeeze in anything else. Cleaning is work, but it doesn't exactly count as exercise, I don't think.
