My excercise goals for July 19-25:

* Walk 30 minutes a day
* Do 50 situps a day
* Jump rope and other stretches 15 minutes a day

I will not be able to track my actual minutes for the next 2 weeks because I will be gone. However, I still wanted to post my goals. By the time I could post my minutes, the contest will be over.
Is there any way you would still accept my minutes even if I don't send them to you until early August?

Well, my month-long goal didn't work out so well. I've ended up just doing things and then realizing afterwards, "hey, that counts for the exercise contest". Spontaneous exercising for the win! \:D/

Anyway, next week is band camp, so I'll probably rack up 20 hours or so. Watch out here comes the comeback! My goal is to survive. O:)

Assessment:
I only did crunches one day, and no walking on the treadmill. I did do some stationary bike riding though. \:D/

I didn't do the weekly assessments, but did write up one for the entire month.

So far I'm close, but not there yet. ;) Though I've been biking/running fairly consistently over the past two weeks, I'd like to increase the distance and time by the end of July to my goals originally posted.

That said, I've still got today to try to get through the 12K bike ride, so we'll see...

I did meet (and exceed) my goal for this week, which made me feel good! :D Not that my goal was that huge to begin with, but whatever. ;) Accomplishing it still feels good!

Goal for week 4 (only 6 days instead of 7 to count for this final week): jog on the spot for 20 minutes or more a day for 6 days a week and spend at least a few minutes during the week doing sit-ups - hopefully at least 5 minutes.

My exercise goals for July 26-31 are as follows:
  • Run 5K at least twice
  • Do 50 push-ups daily
  • Do 50 sit-ups daily
Since I'm currently on vacation, the completion of any of these three goals would be quite the feat. \:D/

I missed my goal because I only exercised for 5 days, not 6, when my work shift changed to accommodate doing stuff with friends later, so I probably won't get any actual exercise time in today. I also didn't do any sit-ups - I was kind of saving them for the end of the week so I could say I did them one day, and then realized that it was getting late already. :anxious: And I also forgot that I wrote 20 minutes instead of 15, so I was aiming for 15 a few days and thought I was closer to meeting my goal than I was until right this minute. :( Oh well. I still got 100 minutes of exercise, which is better than nothing.

Last week (when I didn't have access to a computer) I walked way more than 20 minutes every day, but I didn't stretch or weight lift.

This week I haven't weight lifted, but I've exercised 20 minutes a day and stretched every day.

Finally I am on to update! I completed my goals - even the running, I was so proud of myself

This week my goal is to take at least a 20min walk each day and hopefully take two 1mile runs.

I've only completed my original goals one week this month - the first one. :( This week I did some yardwork, so that was my exercise. I've been busy cleaning for company, so I didn't have time to squeeze in anything else. Cleaning is work, but it doesn't exactly count as exercise, I don't think. ;)
