I think that the selection process that Team Sherwood went through to choose these people is important. They chose people who take joy in spreading birthday joy to others. It isn't their obligation - it's their pleasure.
That's my take on it.
You didn’t say they would get colored names. I want a purple name.

These three girls were chosen because they are known throughout the board for being openly polite and friendly to others I have noticed their frequent comments to welcome new members. They are often going out of their way to wish ToOers a happy birthday or to inform a ToOer that they are praying for them.
