So, it has come to this.

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Well, I'm sure you're all wondering when this was going to start. Well, it isn't. Actually,
IT JUST DID

Every year I have built a large birthday present for the ToO each year and revealed them on April 1st, the ToO's birthday. Here's a link to last year's, which has links to all the previous ones.

In previous years I've started before March, even just past the start of February, but this year's design is a very quick build, so here we go:

And here we are at the site, ready to get going. The area to dig has been marked out, and the contractor and I (white hard hat and brown hair, respectively) are standing by our trucks.

I think this year's design will a massive Dalek from Doctor Who. :-

Dan, it's great to see that work is getting started already, since those poor smileys always work so hard to get things completed by the deadline!
