I just realized this!! This is really bad. There are more than just those two that haven't reported but it still doesn't look good. :(

This is crazy
It's macaca-ish! :x :anxious:

Ton's of people ;)

We're not voting for our President this year (we will in 2008) but we are voting on individual state's governors and senators. Each state has someone that is "winning" ;)

Allen is a mere 2,265 votes away. Webb can't win by that small a margin

I hope not.

And while the MN senate race is definatly lost, it sounds like the Governorship is still a deat heat.

And as much as election night can be stressful for me, I do love it. It is nothing short of fascinating.

C'mon Allen, you gotta win!

It'll probably go to a recount...

It looks like Pawlenty is slowly gaining ground. Every time I refresh he's a couple hundred closer.

EDIT: Hennepin? You mean the one blue county in Midsouth MN? :(

Virginia still has close to a dozen counties left but still 99% have been turned in.

Which makes me very happy, as I don't like Hatch. Pawlenty has done a lot for the state, and it's unfathomable that he wouldn't be re-elected.

But of course, if a conservative is productive, he'll be ignored -_-;

If I could see the map you're looking, at I'd say yes. Though I'm pretty sure you're right. It's the county with Minneapolis in it, and as such it's the most liberal one in the state.

edit-whoa, he's really pulled ahead. 10 grand lead. Didn't see that coming.

Well, Corker won Tennessee, so that means Republicans have to win just one of the three remaining Senatorial races (Virginia, Montana, and Missouri) in order to keep control of the Senate. Control of the Senate is key for things like apointing judges and funding wars... so yeah.

It looks like Missouri will go repub for the Senate, and the other two are close.

I'm not sure if some people get that George W. Bush isn't even running this time around. :-s The media says that a lot of people are going to vote against the president, but he's not running.

well, i am going to bed and i am sick to my stomach. i live i missouri and it looks like our state voted to kill unborn babies for stem cell research and elected a senator who believes in abortion on demand for any reason.

it's times like these that you wish you could run away to a place like odyssey where the worst scoundrel you have to deal with is bart rathbone.
