Some people are as excited about interacting with children as if they're getting to play with puppies. Maybe she's celebrating by having time alone with her child.

He was joking, guys. It was kind of an anti-joke because it's just a random sentence that throws the two thoughts together: he had an anniversary; he also went to an AEW match a few weeks later. Hm, unless CA gave the ticket to him. Maybe it's hard to get rid of Top?
