Connie reads the story of Jeremy Forsythe, a boy who tells his mother a fib about some missing money. Both Jeremy and Connie learn that one lie leads to another.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TOO!
Other places are okay
And some are fine
But as far as hometowns go
Well, Odyssey is mine
Oh, it's the place to be
I'm sure you will agree
Have you ever been to Odyssey?

I had forgotten that this episode exists. Wow, for a person who can think ahead (about having to remember a bad decision's outcome, including the guilt), this is quite an interesting episode. I've heard once that guilt is a powerful motivator.

Are you sure it wasn't money instead of guilt?
It could lead to a bonus if you quit fighting with coworkers.
As forth this episode, it was nice to go back and hear that Whit did some writing back in the day. We also get to hear another of David Griffin's charactes pre-Jimmy. It's a simple story, but it teaches a good lesson about lying. Maybe Phil Lollar could bring back some of Whit's writing past again.
