For the same reason he can vote. I’m still a member of the board, so I have opinions on what topics are worthy too.

True, but Catspaw doesn't vote in the elections. I don't think it's right to nominate and vote if you're the CEO.

If he is the CEO he makes the rules and can do whatever he wants... just like Catspaw could decide to start voting or whatever.

There IS a good reason. In a case of a tie, you should break it. If you've already voted, it would be like you're voting twice. Which doesn't seem fair for some reason...

Then maybe I’ll change the procedure for a tie. If one ever occurs, which I find unlikely.
