Okay, I need some of your opinions :)

Technically, we have a tie. Two ToOers have reached over 100 points. Now the rules clearly state:
First person to reach 100 points will receive the grand prize of $200.00!
I could say that both have ToOers won, and will both receive the grand prize. Or I could say that ToOer 'A' wins, because I received his/her PM first. ToOer 'B' will be placed in second place. What shall it be, my loyal contestants? 8-)
