Injured Marine

So a Marine from my church was injured in Afghanistan last week. After initial treatment they were going to fly him to Germany, but the Iceland volcano ash plane grounding problem prevented that, but they got an express flight to Maryland, where the family arrived 7 minutes after he did. I don't know the injury, except it was caused by an explosive, but he's talking on the phone and using Facebook, so he's not too bad off. Another surgery scheduled for tomorrow. This is pretty much what I heard at church this morning, so I may get more details later.

Okay, so the injuries were only a broken hand, foot, and badly shattered leg, but he's coming home soon for a month, then going off to rehab.
