My Care Bear rank bar is gone!!!

Everyone,

I logged in today after work and realized something very strange about a post I made - my rank bar was missing! It's pink and has a pink Care Bear with the word "Catspaw" on it in bubble letters. EK made it for me years ago, back when ranks first were available on the ToO, and it's the one I've always used. Obviously I'm a little upset and concerned about where it went. The rotten Care Bear rank bar thief should be close by - keep your eyes open for the culprit. :x

Calm down; there's no need for killing. However we do need to catch him as soon as possible!

Everyone, here are your three tasks:
  • Find out who the criminal is (if you don't already know).
  • Get the rank bar back!
  • Capture the criminal!
Investigate! Look for evidence of who's been spying on Catspaw's profile! When you find him, contact the police (myself), and try to learn how to get it back!

EDIT: The Rank bar has been recovered, thanks to Irwin and Marvin D.!

The first person to get the rank bar back AND capture the criminal will get a bonus $200, as well as their own personalized rank bar!

The rank bar has been recovered! Thanks to Irwin and Marvin D.! But the thief is till at large... find him, and demand he turn himself in! (Or something!)
