How do you pronounce "ToO"?

I say "the Two" and then if the person I'm talking to about it looks confused, i'll say the town of odyssey.

That's the case with most of our threads and I've always thought that neatness would dictate bumping a few of those old ones but the powers that be have never seemed to agree with me. ;)

I think there's some sort of complicated formula involving whether or not to bump or make a new thread. Perhaps someone could show us so we can tell for sure!
