Where Did You Get Your Username

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Where Did You Get Your Username

Post by Sapphire »

Where did you get your username? I got it when I was registering for the ToO. I wanted something different. I thought of my mom's birthday being in September. The gem of September is the sapphire. That's how I got my username! \:D/

I don't have a clue. Maybe I had a clue back in 2000 when I thought of it, but not now.
"Sonuna" Taranimak ("Sonuna" Sharkquill) has been content lately. She admired own very fine Bed recently. She talked with a parent recently. She talked with a friend recently. She had a good meal recently. She admired a fine tastefully-arranged Desk recently.
She is a citizen of The United States of America. She is a member of The State of Minnesota. She is a member of The Town of Odyssey.
"Sonuna" Taranimak likes Bauxite, Copper, Green jade, the color navy, cloaks, ballistas, cats for their aloofness and hydras for their seven heads. When possible, she prefers to consume Dr Pepper and ramen.
She lives at a relaxed pace. She tends to avoid crowds. She has a fertile imagination. She is completely disorganized. She is very distant and reserved. She tends not to openly express emotions. She needs caffeine to get through the working day.

My username is inspired by the one and only, Eugene Meltsner! \:D/ It was the best one I could think of and Wooton was already taken... Plus Eugene is one of my favourite characters! :D

I am KODY 105 because that is the call sign of the radio station where Cryin' Bryan Dern works.

I was searching for names for my story, and an idea popped into my head "DAM". I so wanted a bad acronym for my characters initials. :) So, I thought hard how that would be incorporated. I was having this feel for Danielle. Okay... Abigail just kinda came. Danielle Abigail Maxwell. :) Now it'll stick for the remainder of my life, I'm sure.

Well, originally I had the user name ImATFKGirl938 because I love the band Thousand Foot Krutch. But no one ever understood it...:( So I decided to change it and I wanted something poetic and that fit me. Well, I've dealt with some not-fun stuff in my life and I've had my heart, mind, and spirt broken, but I'm still beautiful to God. And that's where BrokenButBeautiful came from. Now I love it and it just fits everything that I am so well.

My user name is my first name. I do it that way on all of the forums I belong to with variations depending on the forum.

"Aeva" randomly came about a while ago; I needed a name, and I threw some letters together. The "Lieutenant" part is a tribute to Newkirk ( :inlove: ) of Hogan's Heroes. (Newkirk is really a corporal, but "Lieutenant Aeva" sounds better than "Corporal Aeva.")

My name is Robert. My website (Rob-os.com) is named after me with the "O" (Like Dan-o or Bob-o). So Robo (rob-o) makes a good screen name.

I decided to use "American Eagle" for Wikipedia, and it eventually stuck and now I use it everywhere. :D

Mine was pretty much the product of the moment. Sheer inspiration.

Fun fact: Once an author named Sir Arthur Conan Doyle wrote a series of popular detective stories based on my creation! \:D/

Mine came because of the fact I am a big fan of Regis Blackgaard but had done enough research to know it was taken and Blackbeard just clicked but I have been thinking of going with a new permanent name.

I believe I'd used "LizzieG" once or twice on other websites before joining the ToO (due to its being a shortened version of my actual name that I'd gone by in Student Council elections in high school), though on the message board "home" I was "transitioning" from, I had gone by Christfollower. On a whim, I chose LizzieG over Christfollower88... though due to a problem with the notification email being sent to my junk mail folder, I actually had both accounts for a day or so. :-$

Just think, you could all be calling me CF right now, and I might've never known I liked the name Lizzie as a real-life nickname in addition to a ToO handle! \:D/
