What was your lastest purchase?

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

What was your lastest purchase?

Post by Fenix »

I just bought this less than an hour ago.

Its a cd Player, very sophisticated one.

It can play 2 songs from the same cd at the same time. Its really cool.

That thing looks cool, Fenix! \:D/ What's the advantage of being able to play two songs at the same time, out of curiosity? :anxious:

The last thing I bought...hmmm. I think it might have been two blueberry bagels at the grocery store where I work. :-k Exciting, I know. ;)

Its for DJing, its kinda hard to explain... It allows you to cue up a track while the other track plays live. This is the first cd player to ever do that. Well I hope that kinda explains it.

Oh, that makes sense, I think. I thought you meant that both songs would play at the same time, but that didn't really make sense. I didn't realize that you were so multi-talented and could DJ! \:D/ Have fun with that!

I guess i m very talented ;) Its more of a thing I do for work. Well if you ever hear a DJ they usualy fuse songs together and make them sound like a sigle song.

I ordered a shower tote :D

Actually, I cheated...I couldn't remember the last thing I bought, so I went and ordered something I needed anyway. I also ordered a nylon flag a couple weeks ago that I shall use to decorate my dorm room. In case anyone's interested... \:D/

A Full Throttle energy drink to keep me going at a concert I was putting on last Saturday night.

I just made some fun purchases...and it's all the ToO's fault! ;) I followed the Christian Book Distributors link in a Whit's End thread and bought a Connie action figure (how cool is that?!) but then I looked around at what else they had, and also got C.S. Lewis's "The Abolition of Man" for my sister, since I know she wants it, and the Bob and Larry sing the 70's CD that J-man posted a link to a while ago, and then AIO's Gold Audio set #9 because it's one of the ones that I'm missing, and the prices was quite good! Yayness! I was informed by a reliable Canadian source that my Canadian-ness wouldn't be a problem with ordering, so I just had to check the site out. They have some good stuff there! \:D/

I bought a blue shirt for running! I'm very happy because I had been just wearing old race shirts (cotton if that means anything negative to any of you out there...) and now I finally have one made out of cool "moisture wicking fabric" for my 20 mile + runs! Horray for attempting to stay dry! \:D/ (oh, and it was on sale).
