The ToO's Fantasy Football League

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

How can you be a State fan that is just sad. Michigan has history! Hail to the victors mighty! Hail to the Conquering hero's! Hail, hail to Michigan the leaders and the best! Hail to the victors mighty! Hail to the Conquering hero's! Hail, hail to Michigan the Champions of the West!!!!! \:D/
Yay Spartans \:D/
That's sad. Just plain sad. Michigan is clearly a lot more fun to root for. And my parents are alumni. :-

Then you’re excused. ;)
I have nothing to do with Michigan, but of the two I root for the Spartans.

Moving on, I have a really important matchup next week with SWA. It's supposed to be very close! \:D/

Farewell, Carson Palmer. Thanks for the few good years and lots of bad years you gave us! Most of all thanks for the first round draft pick we get for trading you! \:D/

Maybe if the Raiders win a playoff game.

So had an ugly win this week on the ToO Fantasy.
I will be taking offers (here i guess) for:
Ryan Fitzpatrick
Sidney Rice
Brandon Marshall
Dez Bryant
Jermicheal Finley
Willis McGahee
possibly Maurice Jones-Drew

How about Dez Bryant, Maurice Jones Drew, and Brandon Marshall for Matt Forte and Micheal Turner?

If you want to reconsider the Brandon Marshall trade, SWA, let me know. ;)

I'm carefully considering the McGahee one...

Edit: Willis McGahee for Cedric Benson has been accepted. \:D/

Benched McNabb for Flacco. Not sure if I want to play Ponder in his first week. I think I’ll give him a game to settle in.
Also benched Wes Welker for James Starks because NE has a bye week.

If the most important game of my fantasy football season, I lose the tie-breaker of a tie game because I didn't take Jahvid Best out. I knew he wasn't going to play, so I removed him from my other fantasy team, but forgot I had him in both. :(

Oh well. Onward we go.

Wow, 2 heartbreaking losses! You in the tied game, and then bookworm - up by 1 point, then that last minute interception made him lose by 1!!!

EDIT: Uh, what happened to make the Knights lose by 1? :-k

NO WAY.

Somehow, I came out ahead by one point! \:D/ The Knights' first loss of the season.

Laura, you and I are up next week. You are a 14 point favorite. :x

No, you lost by one point. :( You were ahead by one point until the last couple of minutes, when Flacco threw an interception....which got you a negative 2 points. ;)

Now, AE somehow won by 1 point - last night they were tied, which meant the Knights would have won with the QB tiebreaker. BUT. It looks like maybe a point was deducted from the Ravens defense? Which made AE win by 1. \:D/

AE - I will win. :x 7-1, here we come.

No, you haven't. :( Ponder would have done it for you...he had 15 points over Flacco's 7. Oh well.

That's a deal!

EDIT: Can I start 2 QB's instead of both of my receivers? :p

No, you can't start two qb's.

I may seem almost unstoppable in this league but in another league I have built probably one of the best teams.

Tom Brady
Adrian Peterson
Matt Forte
Mike Wallace
Calvin Johnson
LeSean McCoy
Jason Witten
John Kasey
Jets D/ST
Ben Roethisberger
Ahmad Bradshaw
Steve Smith
Dwayne Bowe
Bears D/ST
Aaron Hernandez
