That's great! I'm glad that your money was well spent and you are confident that your machine is stable. Honestly, I know I'm not gonna change anyone's mind and I'm fine with that. Mac offers the programs I like and has a layout that I like. Mac works great for me, windows works great for you.sniper wrote:In the years I've been running windows I've never had a virus, And my windows machine Is also perfectly stable, I can't even remember when it last crashed Its so stable(except when I used It how It SHOULDN'T be used.)macnut24 wrote:Yeah, I personally don't care how many viruses are supposedly out there for Mac because over the years with the ten Macs we has owned I've never had any problems with viruses or the Mac not working like it should. I mean, sure, over the years Mac has had it's issues but it works.
I didn't mean to imply that windows crash all the time or that the are always dealing with viruses or completely unstable. If you interpreted my post to mean that I'm sorry for the miscommunication. I know that that's not true. All I meant is that because there are more viruses that a windows COULD get, the probability of a windows getting a viruses is higher than that of a Mac. That is all I meant. I'm glad you haven't had to deal with that...
Edit: By the way, welcome to the ToO!
