Yay for J-man posting here.
I miss like... everyone who was around posting regularly in the first 6 months or so of the ToO... okay, a few of you are still around, but probably three quarters if not more of that group is totally gone or only post really rarely.

I, too, miss Trent DeWhite--and Chandler.
I also would like to see the dynamic that some of the users Top was talking about would bring back to the board. I've lurked in old threads, and it's pretty cool to read.

"Death's got an Invisibility Cloak?" "So he can sneak up on people. Sometimes he gets bored of running at them, flapping his arms and shrieking..."
"And now the spinning. Thank you for nothing, you useless reptile."
"It unscrews the other way."

/\ I was reading through the old Regis Blackgaard/Gabriel Dragsack story-arc, and it made me feel nostalgic. Though, at the time, I was a sad little noob and didn't even know what a forum was, let alone a story arc. So I spent most of my early days in Hillingdale or Whit's End as they were the only subforums I could consistently find. I didn't really know what was going on; I remember being very confused when the board layout style changed to RegisVille.
...So yes, I miss the old posters. I remember being in such awe of most of them, like Sonuna and Sarai and Elf.

I also wish TrentDeWhite and JF777 were still here since they were the reason I ever visited the ToO (although it's technically not miising them since I never met them...).

I heard about it on the awesomest AIO podcast ever made! They mentioned it alot, and I figured I'd check it out. I was kinda confused by it at first, but later decided to join!

Ah. That's cool. I assume you mean the Unoffical AIO Podcast.Deborah wrote:I heard about it on the awesomest AIO podcast ever made! They mentioned it alot, and I figured I'd check it out. I was kinda confused by it at first, but later decided to join!

You assume correctly! It's great. I listened to it after they were done with it and I still enjoyed all the old reviews and interviews and such!Lee wrote:Ah. That's cool. I'm still here! I usually only post in Whit's End anymore though - and even then most people just ignore my posts. It is kinda depressing, and makes it hard to keep posting.....
I miss Shadowpaw and EK and Chandler and EB and Jessicado and Trent!

Awww, don't be depressed, JF.
I miss having you around more too. And a whole lot of other people. Life has gone on for them, I suppose.
