That might be the only name change I would ever endorse.

The name change function has not worked since we upgraded a couple years ago. It is not linked at all to me or any personal preference.

I changed my name to Ayralee at one point in time because I was annoyed with people spelling the ><> the wrong way.

To my recollection, I've only changed my name once to H Paw way back when everybody was adding Paw to their name.
