How many ToOers Have you met face-to-face?

I need to know NOW!

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Okay, when this topic used to be called How Many ToO'ers Do You Know in Real Life.... I almost forget to mention that I know JesusIsAlive. She comes over to my house every now and then. :) I can't believe I forgot about her.. #-o

As for meeting ToO'ers face to face, I met five or six of them at the AIO Live Show.

You were there? That's so awesome, snubs, and btw, the reason I changed the name of this is because someone pointed out, when you're on the computer, you're not living fake life, its still real! So I figured the new title might make my meaning clearer.

Once I get older, I would LOVE to go to a ToO reunion!

We don't call them reunions. That would only be if the ToO ever shuts down. They're called conventions (or just visiting someone's house for a while)

To assist in answering your question, I live in Canada. I think there is actually a large number of ToOers that live in Canada.

*sees this* Yeah, I'm Canadian. *headbangs*

And I don't really know anyone on the ToO in real life... though I'm closer to most of my ToO friends than I am my real world ones. XP And I have dreams of flying out to North Carolina on my summer vacation one of these years.

Ya learn to figure it out half the time. And we're mostly honest. And there's always voice chat.

Well see, eventually it's not just "being on the ToO too much"... after you get to know people, you start befriending them on facebook, Skype, ect. I've had friends for years that i originally met on here, and some of them don't even come around anymore. It's like a progression from "ToO friend" to "online friend". :P
