I know we're getting off topic here...but there is no Q! Give us a Q and we shall direct all our brain power towards one (Or tell us if there are no more..??) but untill then, we shall direct outselves at the second most important thing: Cookies and lemonade! Ahoy!

actually LotR is one novel composed of 6 books and 3 parts, each part has 2 books. So it is not a trilogy. the Hobbit isn't part of LotR nether is the Simarillion(or however it's spelled) and that is my nerd rant for today.

Edit: so really the order is Lord of the Rings: Part 1: The Fellowship of the Ring: book 1, book 2, Part 2 The two Towers: book 3, book 4, Part 3 The Return of the King: book 5, book 6

I read it too! I think it ends with Mary not wanting to leave, but leaving anyway, and then she tells her story to that minister guy.
I think that may be a different book, but I'm not sure...

I think you're thinking of Calico Captive. Have you read that one?
No, I haven't, but I might be thinking of the "Ransom of Mercy Carter." I've read a lot of those kind of books, so I get kinda confused on which one is which.
