I am enjoying it, but then I'm the wrong person to ask because I enjoy all of Karen's books. She's one of my favorites.

I just finished reading the Sons of Encouragement books by Francine Rivers (all but one, anyway), and I really liked some of her other books. I'm also reading The Squire's Quest by Gerald Morris. This is his 9th book in the Squire's Tale series, one of my favorites. I really recommend his books.

Yeah, and that's what I said too, when I found out. Immediately after the shock followed a happy dance, though. :D

My favorites are Jonathan and Amos. I don't know why, since those are tragic ones, but that's it.

I'm currently reading the book Oliver Twist and the Jane Eyre. Lately I have been reading classics for school. Mark Twain, Charles Dickens and other classic authors in history.

My mom read Jane Eyre not too long ago, and she said it was really good and that I should read it. I know some about it because I've seen the movie (albeit a looong time ago, but I have a good memory of what I've seen)
But I'm curious about the book; I should totally read it \:D/

I love Jane Eyre! Then again, there aren't that many love stories that I don't like... :-k

She left many of us behind. She left us heartbroken. And though we cry now there'll come a time when we'll laugh. Because we'll see her again someday. We'll be with her in heaven. And when we go to heaven she'll be there to greet us. She'll be there to say "Welcome home." -From a poem that SnC wrote about her grandmother

Yes. I quite enjoyed the story of Rahab and Ruth. I especially enjoyed Ruth, since I could also refer back to Three Funerals and a Wedding ;) as for Jane Eyre, I personally don't see how a tragedy is romantic, but whatever.

It isn't a tragedy!

Still reading Postcards from Pullman series by Judith MIller. I had to wait for a while to get the second book. >_> But I also have the new Squire's Tale book as well, so I'm happy. \:D/

Menu for Romance by Kaye Dacus. Just a light, easy contemporary romance.

Yay for getting back into the classics! \:D/

I've never read anything by the Bronte sisters, but I have both Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights on my shelf, and mean to read them both... eventually.

I read Jane Eyre for school (twice) and really enjoyed it. I bought Wuthering Heights a few years ago and keep meaning to read it, but never have yet. :anxious: Shennifer, you need to force Lizzie to read Jane Eyre! :x Make her a round tuit - it's a very Odyssian idea! \:D/

Last night I wanted to read for a few minutes but since I was tired, I knew I couldn't start a book where I needed to know what happened at the end, so I started re-reading "The Blue Castle" by L.M. Montgomery. It's definitely one of my favourites! \:D/

I just read part two of the Maximum Ride manga. \:D/ Those things are so awesome; it's like reading the entire book in twenty minutes! And Fang finally lost the pony tail in this book *whew*. Seriously, on the back cover Fang and Iggy looked like girls (minus cleavage). They both look awesome now, ever since the New York makeovers. :inlove:

*cough* Sorry, fangirl moment. :anxious: The stories themselves are awesome though, and they'd be awesome for those people in your life who are two lazy to read real books.

I'm suffering through Wuthering Heights. I really dislike Cathy and Heathcliff...actually, I dislike most of the characters in the book.
