And I've eaten it tons of times with no ill effects, so I just enjoy it and don't worry about the raw egg. ;) Especially if the dough has been kept chilled, there isn't much of a risk.

My mom just makes the dough/cookies without eggs. :shrugs:

i buy the tollhouse chocolate chip cookie dough that's sorta perforated and you just stick it in the oven and bake...mmmmmm.
