How long is a ToO term? (I was just wondering no reason behind it.)

That money goes to me, and then I remove it. :) No worries! Just because money goes to me doesn't mean that I keep it to myself and spend it. Plus if $75 is the biggest concern, then life is pretty good. ;)

All of the global moderators (most of the names that you see in yellow/gold at the bottom of the forum index) are able to moderate in that part of Subscription Based Content, as well as the admins, of course. :) There is no specific leader in charge of that area at this time.
