A Christian Version of iTunes

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

But...there's no good music. There's nothing contemporary at all. If you go to the Christian page of iTunes, then you'll get all styles of Christian music.

Very cool. Thanks for sharing!

There are other similar sites that offer Christian audio downloads, but I don't think anything can compare to iTunes.

iTunes makes my computer crash...:( But so do a lot of applications. My 'puter's a piece of junk.

I only have iTunes installed because I own an iPod. If I want music I buy CDs, borrow CDs, or use Limewire.

I like to buy my CDs from the store. Nothing compares to actually having the CD. Plus it is nicer than having tons of burned CD's in your car

I definitely agree there, but with iTunes theres sometimes stuff I don't want to buy the whole CD of, maybe just one really good song you remember from back in the day. That's what I find iTunes good for...also...you know iTunes has a christian section right d00dz? :-s

Why do they need to make a 'Christian' version of everything? :-s

It slightly annoys me.

Because we're supposed to glorify God in all we do.

Aren't we glorifying God if we only buy "good" music or whatever? :-k

And we glorify God by utilizing a poorly designed service with very limited selection that offers no meaningful competition to services already available?

Personally, I'm hoping for a Christian version of Krogers; perhaps they could call it Our Daily Bread. And I'll definitely give my business to Be Thou My Vision Eyewear, to say nothing of the White as Snow Coin-Op Laundromat...
