By "shop" do you mean the official Shop on the top menu bar or do you mean you want a thread in Crestwood Avenue? Only admins can add things to the official shop, but anyone is welcome to start a thread in Crestwood! Only one thread per user is allowed, unless you want to pay a $75 fee, but there's no cost to make just one Crestwood shop.

Are you saying that you want a custom job title? I'm having trouble understanding what you're asking me. If you just want to make your own name for your job, then click on the Shop on the top menu bar, choose The Job Office (third from the bottom) and check out the custom job tickets!

I don't think that your post clears much up. It might be easier to understand if you would separate your ideas - you seem to be combining things, since I said nothing about Hillingdale and you didn't ask about an official job thread before. Crestwood Avenue is the place where you can make a shop if you would like. If you buy a custom job ticket, as I pointed to before, you can create your own job name and PM an admin to get the appropriate level of pay attached to your new job title of preference.
