I's it legal to share episodes you have with others

I think it’s only legal to share episodes if the person has already paid for it... for example if I have purchased the album but one of the tapes got ruined I think it would be ok to get it from someone else because you have already paid for it.

I'm pretty sure it's okay to share episodes that you've paid for and the tape got wrecked as was mentioned above.

what about episodes that are no longer available in any collection? for example it somebody has episode 3 lights out at whit's end, is it okay to share it?

If you can't purchase an episode anywhere, then I really don't have a problem acquiring it from someone who owns a copy of it. My question is whether or not unreleased episodes are even sold by Focus anymore. If not, then how else can we obtain those episodes?

these are the only episodes that aren't availible from focus currently:

003: Lights Out At Whit's End
009: Doing Unto Others
011: Addictions Can Be Habit-Forming
014: Missed It By That Much
021: The Case of the Missing Train Car
023: The Quality of Mercy
024: Gotcha!
025: Harley Takes the Case, Part One
026: Harley Takes the Case, Part Two
070: The Return of Harley, Part One
071: The Return of Harley, Part Two
438b: The Telltale Cat
442b: Sticks and Stones
444a: Career Moves

and I'm not entirely sure how but it seems that somehow i have a copy of episodes 3, 9 and 14 so if it is legal to share these episodes and anybody's missing them let me know and i'll try to send you a copy
