V-Lady because it's the first round and no evidence, so it's easier to try to get one person out to start the game (though the lack of anyone voting other than v-lady makes me wonder if she is indeed human, otherwise the other warewolves would vote her innocent...

Unless none of the wolves have voted at all yet...or to avoid suspicion are simply taking the hit to their ranks and voting with the general public.
