Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith
Seeing as how episode three will soon be in theatres, I figured now would be a good time as any to start the discussion on the film. Once the movie comes out, I'll start a poll. Keep in mind, however, that this thread will ultimately contain a lot of spoilers . . . so if you haven't yet the film or don't want to be spoiled, READ NO FURTHER.

Why did I even open this thread? I wanted to go into the theatre as spoiler-free as possible, and now I already know the ending! Well, I guess I won't go see the movie now - why bother? The Top Crusader wrote:***SPOILERS***

Well, since my advance ticket is already paid for, I guess I might as well go see RotS anyway...
(Wow, I used a lot of smilies, didn't I?)

Major Spoilers:
SERIOUSLY!
Actually, Jar-Jar has a SMALLER role in this movie than previous (most thought even his appearances in II were annoyingly long. also in case you didn't figure it out in Episode IV (ANH) the only surviving Jedi are Obi-Wan and Yoda, and they aren't doing so well after Ep III though we will get to see Yoda Battle Teh Emperor (Darth Sidious) and I have heard that Anakin kills Dooku, but that's a rumor, it could be anyone. but he definately dies. also it's fairly certain that the Huge Funeral Scene at the end will tear up even the toughest guys
over 2,000 SFX shots!
Crossover Ships From Episode IV
Alderaan (Pre getting Blown to pieces)
Chewy! and hundreds of Other Wookies on their native Planet
Owen & Beru + the Queen of Alderaan - Could this be where we see Obi-Wan hiding the twins? maybe?

I'm not making this invisble b/c Trent said spoilers and if people don't want to read spoilers.......don't open up the thread!
Anakin DOES kill Count Dooku, but only with Sidious urging him.
And Obi-Wan and Yoda aren't the only surviving jedi.
There is Padme's funeral at the end.
Leia is with the Queen of Alderaan and Luke is with Owen and Beru.
If anybody has any questions about it, post it here! I know alot about it!
Thanks!

I'm seeing this movie for the sole purpose of KICKING TITANIC OFF THE ALL TIME BOX-OFFICE LIST!! WHO'SE WITH ME?!?
So, friends, family, Romans, and enemies; rally with me in this great opportunity to knock off the silly movie from that list.
(well, to be honest, it's not my sole reason...but this is a great opportunity)
Because, I mean, seriously; what was the last movie to make it on the All-Time Box office list (like, in the top 100, or so) Spiderman 2! And that was in theatres a year ago!
After this, the next hope we have is 'Harry Potter 4', 'War of the Worlds', 'Fantastic Four' 'King-Kong' and 'The Chronicles of Narnia', and maybe 'Madagascar'. Those movies are already instant money makers weither the movie is good or bad.
Be involved in a good cause, weither you want to or not, people.

I will watch Episode Three once, because I want to. But I may see it numerous times, just to knock off Titanic.-Bennett Charles wrote:I'm seeing this movie for the sole purpose of KICKING TITANIC OFF THE ALL TIME BOX-OFFICE LIST!! WHO'SE WITH ME?!?
