Adulting Funk

Here lately I have been in a major funk. I don't know what it is. But, a lot of things seem to be going wrong. From health, to finances, to just general life. Even just being there for all the people that need me is a challenge lately. I don't know what to do about it either. I just feel like I'm losing more than winning. 😞 Prayers would be greatly appreciated.
