Need a Miracle in My Back
If everyone could pray for my back it would be greatly appreciated. Several years back I was diagnosed with kyphosis. Here lately, the more I look in the mirror the more depressing (not the dark depression) it becomes as the curve gets worse. Unfortunately, I don't currently have insurance. So anything like surgery isn't an option right now.

I realize this is a bump. However, in the last couple months the pain has gotten worse. Around 5 hours into a shift the shoulder blades start hurting. Any and all prayers for a solution of some kind would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't struggled with kyphosis but I did used to have quite a bit more back pain and doing supermans, bent over rows, and pull-ups has really helped strengthen the muscles in my back and I do have quite a bit less back pain now.
