Balanced Forwards and Backwards

Balanced Forwards and Backwards
The original Forwards and Backwards thread (henceforth called OF&B) is unbalanced with so few moderators. Thus, we need to give the moderators' team an advantage. This thread does that.
The rules in bold are important changes.
The Main Rules:
The moderators' team counts down by two every time they post, while normal users only count up by one.
When the count gets to -100 or below, the moderators' win. When it hits 100, the normals win.
When the a new term arrives and a new set of moderators is chosen, the advantage of the moderators is calculated like this: 10 divided by the number moderators and admin and is rounded to the nearest whole number.* That is the amount they count down by. For example, if 12 mods are chosen, we add the admin making 14 and divide 10 by 14, making .714.. which we round to 1. Therefore, if there were 12 mods, they would get to count down by only one.
*formula: round(10 / (number_of_mods + number_of_admin))
Other Rules:
No double posting.
If there is ever so much activity that the integrity of the game fails, like on that night when 5 people where all posting as fast as they could in the OF&B, the game stops for 8 hours before resuming.
If there are ever so many mods and admin that they would count down by zero under the normal bias re-calculating rule, they just count down by one.
Example:
(assuming the current number of mods:)
mod1: -2
normal1: -1
normal2: 0
normal1: 1
mod1: -1
mod2: -3
normal2: -2
Strategy note:
Because the moderators can count down by twos, sometimes it is better for a normal not to post than to fight an loosing battle against a mod who is online.

Let's see if these rules work better.

Yes, normal people count up one. Moderators count down by two.I can't begin to say how confusing this seems. I thought I just post a normal one up, but I am not longer sure. Does this involve decimals?

Can we just edit the rules into the original thread? Or merge the two threads? I was liking being the creator of a 100-page thread, and wanted to see it grow more
