Somebody blew past a stop sign yesterday and would have hit me if I hadn't noticed that they weren't slowing down and braked. That was my excitement for the weekend. \:D/ It wasn't a really close call, but I wasn't super impressed. Now I have a busy week coming up, with stuff almost every evening this week, so I'm not really looking forward to it.

Since I covered for my boss last week he said I could take next week off. I hope that doesn't mean that he forgot he said he'd pay me extra, but as long as I get my regular pay and a week off I'm pretty happy. >_>

That sounds nice, Top! Hopefully he remembers the extra pay as well as the extra time off. ;)

Today I lost a foot race to a 7-year-old. :( No wonder he wanted to race me - he was fast! :mad: Also, I don't run super duper fast, which may have been a small factor. ;) And on the plus side, it seems that kids love to beat adults at stuff, for some crazy reason. Fun all around!

My sis interviewed Dave Griffin on the radio today. It was nice to listen to

right after, I texted her and said I loved it, and all that. Later, she texted back to tell me she told him that I loved it, and that he said to tell me hi

needless to say, it was a very happy moment \:D/

Aww, that does sound like a good day, Shennifer! :D I love the way that the ToO (and other stuff) has created so many fun connections for people!

To show my respect for Whitty Whit, I will refrain from posting anything more meaningful here. :noway: Except that today I went to the dentist for a cleaning and now I have to go back next week for a little work. Boooo! I love my dentist, but I still hate going to the dentist.
