Life to Gower's Contest

I was looking around and I noticed that no-one has posted in Gower's for EVER.

SO.

The rules are (relatively) simple. You post RPG ideas here. After I get enough participants, everyone votes on which idea is best. the winner gets $20 if they start the RPG in Gower's.

There is one catch. Everyone who enters an idea must either join the winning RPG, or pay $10 to someone else to take your place.

I'm not these ideas will win at all. Just in case I put in these ideas:
1. Town of Odyssey Mafia with Clues - similar to a mafia game except that the person gives obscure clues, and the townspeople have to solve them. There will be no sheriff.
2. Test your knowledge: Geography Quiz
3. Solve a clue – get a treasure. If you wanna know how this game goes listen to "Treasure Hunt".
4. Submit your invention.

Deep Space Exploration RPG
I have no details yet, I will think more about plot lines (etc.) if people show interest.

Doctor Who Multi-Doctor RPG: The 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th Doctors meet up in some way(Yet to be determined, 9th could be before he met Rose, 10th could be during his Regeneration specials, 11th could be during Trenzalore, etc.), and discover a fiendish scheme by either the Master or the Daleks(Or both! ) to end the world in some sinister manner(as if you could end the world in a non-sinister manner). The four Doctors and the appropriate companions(Pretty much Clara, though the points in the Doctor's timeline could be altered in order to accommodate more companions) then set off to stop this evil scheme with TARDISes, Sonic Screwdrivers, and incredible intellect.

I'll work out the rules upon winning(Because I will obviously win >=] *promptly begins bribing people with pennies*)
