I bought a $0.50 notebook on clearance at a craft store, and turned it into a $5.00 with some extra fabric I had on hand (although you wouldn't think it take 5 plus hours just to sew a small notebook cover =P).

No, one was for somebody else. :-

I'm kind of upset about a textbook I bought for Chemistry. It cost around $160 but the instructor isn't using it and she said we don't even need to read it, but yet the college claimed it was "required". Educational institutions know how to rip off gullible people like me. >_> Oh, and it has zero buy-back value.

I feel guilty because I intentionally implied that there was more to the story when I used an ellipsis. :(

OKAY. The second smoothie was for a girl at my school. I bought them from the college coffee shop to stimulate our brains while we studied. :x Strictly academics.

This week is my one-year anniversary of moving on from the cart-pushing business. I guess you could say I'm over Hannah. :x

Really?! Where. do. you. shop?

I bought a white summer sweater for those sleeveless outfits that I've never worn. But now I found that I got rid of all those sleeveless outfits that I've never worn... Oh well. Now I can buy a sleeveless outfit next time I see one. ;)

I found them at our local Goodwill. :) The tags were still in and everything.

I did have to take some length off of one of them and re-hem it (the joy of being short! :P ) But it turned out super cute I think.
