Exodus 20:26
And you shall not go up by steps to My altar, so that your nakedness will not be exposed on it.
This verse tells us that people in the Old Testament didn't wear underwear.

Yes, and in the New Testament Jesus said to give your shirt to someone who needs your cloak. If they didn't wear underwear...
