Facebook is selling stock!

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

I've been hearing all about this lately. Unfortunately little people like us don't have a chance to buy their stock, at least not for awhile. :( Plus it sounds like a risky investment to me. They are going to have to keep expanding and crazy rates in order to produce the money they projected.

(I could be wrong about the details though, I don't really keep up with stocks and how they work. :anxious: )

It's been all over the news for weeks. Last I heard it was not doing all that well.

Yeah it’s been everywhere for a while. I waited to post until they were actually on the market. :P

It opened at $38 and closed at $38. It sure did not live up to all of the hype.

I have no idea. GM pulled its ads from FaceBook last week.

I read that Zuckerberg made about 19 billion dollars off his stock.

Jerk. He should donate it to me.

Yes but it set a record for the most stocks traded on a company's opening day.

The priest did his homily on how the person who came up with Facebook had to betray his best friend and is now doubting the existence of God it is really sad.
