If I’m available, I’d love to join in the meeting. With so few Focus staff going, however, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make it.

Hey everyone--

I am so super excited about the live show that I have planned an entire vacation in Dallas! Also, I would love to gather with fellow ToOers!

Anywho--I'm planning to bring a friend and possibly 2 nieces. We plan to drive Friday and arrive Friday evening. I would prefer not to meet Friday, since we have an 11 hour drive (not counting stops). Even if we left early enough to arrive by 6, we'll be exhausted from all the travel (hehe--now I sound old). However, if Friday works best for everyone else, I will do my best to make it work for me.

Saturday evening or sometime Sunday would work great for me.

KBT--your game ideas sound spectacular! I can't wait to play them. And AIO themed snacks? That's pure genius.

Also, we should do something fun with the name tags--like we have to come up with a picture to represent our ToO name, or we each get another ToOer to make a name tag for and the goal is to figure out who that person is when we meet so we can give each other their name tags.

Hey everybody! So, I'm definitely not the leader-of-the-group kind of personality but, nobody seems to be stepping up to the plate and I kind of want this to be awesome so, I've been doing a little preparation. It looks like we'll be meeting at the church (I haven't contacted them yet but, it seems like everyone thought that was best. Let me know if you have a better idea. Possible/probable activities include...

• WOD-FAM-CHOC-SODS and other AIO-themed snacks (and probably some sort of main dish like ordering pizza - *idea strikes* ooh, we could find an old copier and make our own pizzas )
• Some sort of name tag... activity
• Acting out some classic AIO scenes
• AIO Apples to Apples/AIO Catchphrase
• Various card games/Signs/Settlers of Catan/whatever people bring
• hopefully hanging out with the actors

Those are just the ideas that have been brought up. Feel free to harshly critique them and/or add to them. I feel like Friday night is the only time the actors would be able to stop by since I'm sure they'll be exhausted Saturday night and, to my knowledge, they're leaving on Sunday - I don't know what time, of course. So... I don't know what you guys' thoughts are on that.

That sounds like a great idea! Might be a little too easy, though, since some people post so many pictures of themselves.

I just found out a bit ago that, I... am not going.

I was real excited about this, but in the back of my head I was thinking it could be too good to be true. So, I am not too surprised. Though, it is still just as depressing. Maybe I'll be able to go to their 30th. I could start saving money now, so when it comes, it won't be a problem. I just hope we'll be able to have another ToO Convention.

We just need to appoint someone to take charge of each category:
Logistics--contacting the church, contacting actors/producers/anyone official
Food (I volunteer!)
Games/Activities (KBT, you obviously have this one)

The day/time needs to be finalized--and I guess it depends on the availability of actors or whatever visitors we end up getting. That falls under logistics.

Am I missing anything? Decorations? AIO themed party favors?

It may sound dorky, but I really want name tags--since I'm only sporadically on the website I don't keep track of who's who. An accompanying activity is optional.

I don't know how well these games are actually going to work but, I'm certainly having fun creating them! Guess who, anyone?

Also, as for logistics, it still seems that Friday night is probably the only time we could do it and have the actors stop by but...
