Verily, I hath met the Continental Admiral!

Love you guys. I should mark this day on my calendar or something. I could make it remind me every year, but then again I could just keep coming here and see this topic rebumped over and over again.

Yay! What a wonderfully historic occasion. Top, I hope you and Jessica enjoyed celebrating how her favourite audio drama brought you two together.
Congratulations on the continued survival of this thread!
So wait, lemme think.....They never met before the ToO? Crazy.
I just noticed that this is Baragon’s most active topic.
I think they may have vaguely known each other, but this was the first meeting in a long time. And then they got married.Joy wrote:So wait, lemme think.....They never met before the ToO? Crazy.

Use the chatroom! It's been active for a year, and most of you are missing it.

Well, we knew each other on the Town Hall before we knew each other on the ToO.
Against my better judgement, I have read through ALL 49 pages of hilariousness and just plain....somethingness.
It woulda been better if I'd never had read this.

LOL. You are now enlightened.
It was strange. Do you have a link to the topic where you announced your engagement? It kinda left a hole in the middle of the topic.
Yes they do! Notice the method of presenting the ring and everything ties together.Joy wrote:Do you have a link to the topic where you announced your engagement?
For the special occasion of 7 years.... I got Brian a Spiderman Monopoly board. AND I FINALLY WON A GAME. First time. Ever.

That sounds like a very sweet gift! And how nice of you to beat him during the game, too. I would expect nothing less from you.

I have to say, I do find Mr. Darcy a tad more alluring than Top. Handsome, rich, and helped-to-save-your-sister-from-societal-ruin is a difficult combination to beat.
But does he love Nintendo and King Kong and have an old-school Michael W. Smith poster? You really have to consider all the factors before making this important decision!

Ah, but unlike Top, there are multiple versions of Darcy, so I can select the one who, in addition to the basic framework, has a variety of other characteristics. Besides, Top doesn't own Pemberly.

My parents threw out my old school Michael W. Smith poster. Now he'll only lead you home TO A GARBAGE DUMP.
