Cute Things Little Kids Say

Little kids say the cutest things.

Here are some of my favorites that I've heard:

My sister: "Who won the silver war? Was it the onions or the other guys?"

My BFF's little sis after their mom had her boots polished: "How did they get the light on them?"

My sister: "The acorn does not fall far from the pine tree."

I was at my cousins 10 years ago when there was a lunar eclipse. I took his daughter outside to see it--she was three at the time--and after looking at it for a bit she turned to me and went "The moon needs a bath."

My daughter isn't talking yet and it's sad because I KNOW she would say awesome things.

She's close though. SOON I SHALL HAVE CUTE CONVERSATIONS.

My two-year old nephew when his mom scolds him and he calms down:
"I'm happy."

The preschool I worked at previously had some very precocious children. This came from one two year old:

"----, can't you hear anything I say?!"
"I have boo-boo ears, Miss Shirley! I have boo-boo ears and I can't hear you!"

My mom was working with some of the preschoolers this morning in church. One of the boys was eating his cookies, and suddenly turned to my mom and said:

"Ya know, if we all went out in the feild and went 'AHROOOOOOOOOO', we could catch some coyotes!"
My mom asked, "Has that ever worked for you?"
He replied, ponderingly, "I've never tried."

My little sister used to say this when something good happened to her:

"I'm so happy I'm on clown nine!"

It was so cute. ^_^ But then she grew up and became a tween.

Yesterday one of the neighborhood kids who comes to my daily Bible class looked up at me, and said "put me in your suitcase... Then I can go to America and be your daughter." She totally stole my heart.

My little four-year-old brother said something very innocent and cute tonight that made me laugh and think of this thread.

I was putting my little brothers to bed, and I was playing with the one-year-old, and I temporarily got in his crib to make him laugh. The four-year-old says, "Two guys in a bed?" And then he laughed hysterically. xD

If he only knew. >_>
