Cooking!

Discuss.

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

I always thought it went "food=time to eat" :anxious: My brothers don't know the first thing about cooking. :noway: They make us girls do it all. :shame: But yeah, like you said, Christina, I like to bake more, too. It's more fun. And more tasty... \:D/

I'm not much a cook, but I did make shrimp pasta yesterday, and I make a fabulous tuna noodle casserole! \:D/ That right there is enough for me to be proud of myself. ;) As long as it isn't too complicated, things are good!

I like to cook. I like to do deserts and candy the best. Pies are my favorite thing to make.

When the mood hits me, I LOVE to cook. I like sizzling sounds....I also like moving things around in a pan.

I don't like baking so much though, there's just too much prep stuff to do.

Oh! I went to my Uncle and Aunt's church a few months back and I went to thier youth group.

And all the girls in there were saying that they didn't even know how to make Mac & Cheese...from the box...O_O

I was like:

Strangely enough, I like the thought of moving things around in the pan.

Yeah.
Ugh... same way with me. I hate it when girls are like "I can cook!!" "Mac and cheese out of a box!"
Or "I can make soup".......Campbles (sp) Chicken noodle soup......possibilities. :)

( I don't know if that made any sence or not, but it did to me. ;) )

I like to cook/bake occasionally, if I'm in the mood. But Mom's worked out a schedule where I have to cook supper every few days, whether I feel like it or not. (Usually not. :anxious:)
