Stock Market Tragedy

Alas...due to a series of events out of our control, all stock prices dropped to half of their previous value, and the stock market will magically disappear by the end of Friday, October 31. :shock:

Okay, I lied. ;) Basically, the current administrative team, myself included, doesn't feel that the stock market is in the best interest of the ToO or the ToO economy right now, so it is being removed in a few days. If you have stocks and you want to get any of your funds back, sell those stocks soon, because they aren't going to rise much in the next couple days!

heh, I noticed yet another stock had disappeared (I hadn't invested in it however) earlier today. Not wanting to lose my money invested in two other stocks, I sold my stocks. (I didn't really make any money out of it though.)

This stock market is fatally flawed from the git-go. :roll: I'm thinking about programming a more intelligent one. And it wouldn't provide any serious inflationary threat either. :)
