Truly Scrumptious (the song) from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
I don't know why that song came to me, I haven't watched that movie in ages. I was just thinking of Princess Diaries, then that make me think of Julie Andrews, then that made me think of Mary Poppins, which led me twoard thinking about Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and that caused me to think of that song.
