I can't... My parents put B-Safe on our computer, and it was just updated, so that blocks it... or Go to Imageshack.us and upload a picture and do the same thing.

You made me smile with the remove it comment. But, I can't. I'm 12; my parents use it for protection, even though B-Safe goes overboard... Maybe I could e-mail one of my friends on here the picture, and she could post it for me, since she had already succeeded in doing it herself.AXELHAX wrote:lol then use a Knoppix Linux distro and remove it .Nikki Nae wrote:I can't... I would be fairly mad if My parents put any tracking stuff on my computer (even though that would never happen cause my parents are nubs to computers and I Have a totally 1337 security system going atm) But They trust me. Which is a good thing. I mean, Ya know if they couldnt trust me to be online with a computer...I would be fairly upset.

Alright, enough of telling other people to disobey their parents, Ryan. I'm sure the program her parents put on is in their family's best interest. And sometimes it's not only a matter of trusting your kids, but trusting what other people put online. *glares at pop-up ads in general then cheers for Firefox blocking them*
Nikki, I'd suggest you ask permission to post. Maybe your parents have the capability to disable a site from being blocked temporarily enough for you to upload the picture and post it. If not, then we'll just have to use our imaginations.

nah, I mean I'm not telling HER to disobey her parents or anything I Was joking about the knoppix thing .Darcie wrote:Alright, enough of telling other people to disobey their parents, Ryan. But I mean, as Far as I go, I wouldnt want any spying software put on my computer from My parents lack of trust for me.
Now as far as Nikki Goes, Its probably just as you said, not their Lack of trust, but lack of trust for others online, which is totally kool.

I've talked to my mom already about it. She even tried to help me post it... I have a site on Freewebs with my picture on it, but those are from a LONG time ago...Darcie wrote:Alright, enough of telling other people to disobey their parents, Ryan. That is partially why. They do trust me. But I've had an experience where I was viewing someones sight, and I didn't know what was up ahead, and I clicked something, and porn came up. I told my mom about that and then we updated B-Safe because it didn't block that. So, we have that for safety reasons, even though it was on purpose that I came across that.AXELHAX wrote:nah, I mean I'm not telling HER to disobey her parents or anything I Was joking about the knoppix thing .

I don't know if you my parents would do that. They'd probably say something like, "B-Safe blocks it for a reason, Danae." So yeah... I don't really care if you peoples see a picture of me anyway. I'm ugly enough...The Friendly Tank wrote:Nikki, I use B-safe also. You just need to have your parents go into the main control area of the program and click "content filter", then "website list". From there you can type in specific websites to unblock. Just type in imageshack.us. Then you should be able to get on that site.

I don't mean that there is anything wrong with that site. Just the fact that B-Safe blocks it.The Friendly Tank wrote:I can assure you that nothing is wrong with that site.... But anyway, if your parents don't want you to then that's fine.
