I go to bed around 10:30 on week nights (around 11-12 on weekends), but I don't always get right to sleep.

I'm usually asleep by 12.

I went to sleep at 4:00 am, got awakened by the dog at 5:30 am, opened the door for it to go outside and fell down on the day-bed near our door, arroused myself from slumber a few minutes later and got the dog, then went back to bed and woke up at 7:30 am.
