I'm reading the Appendices from the Lord of the Rings. It's good, but no matter how many times I read it, I still forget who's who. It doesn't help that so many characters have names beginning with the same letter.

I like Barrett, but Priscilla still needs to grow on me. Something about her seems... flat. I don't get any sense of personality from her.
