It would be hard to choose!

I think I'll go with Harlow Doyle - he's crazy in that wacky way. But Wooton is also crazy, in a fun, caring way. Actually, you could choose almost any AIO character and come up with an explanation for why they're crazy!

It's not his fault he's this way, it's the result of a bungled experiment by the original members of the Brotherhood! (At least, that's what happened according to the RP in Gower's Field, though the Brotherhood has never been mentioned on AIO.)

Although Harlow doesn't quite match up with my definition of "crazy," he comes closer than anyone else on AIO than I can think of!

(Bart isn't crazy, just...misguided!)

I'd have to say...hmm...Harlow Doyle. Well, David Harley as well but he was erased from the show (they're pretty much the same person and same craziness) even though we have a few eps with him on them

I agree with those that say Bart isn't crazy...he's just a little...odd
